We are excited to launch our Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development program is geared to current BSC players U14-18.

The Barrie Soccer Club offers multiple opportunities in various roles, for players to gain volunteer experience.

What are the Benefits?

• Players will be able to use these hours to be counted for the mandatory 40 hours needed to finish high school.

• Players will gain work experience that can be used to build their resumes for jobs.

• Players can add this to their playing resumes and show University and College coaches, they are invested in helping give back to their club and community.

• Players further develop teamwork and leadership skills learning how to problem solve and share ideas.

• Players learn the value of giving back to the club and community and understand their contributions help build a solid club culture leading to success.

• Payers will attend Leadership Development Sessions by club’s Technical Director.
